Common questions

Do I need an account to use Meridy?
Yes — Meridy needs your birth date, time, and place to generate your chart, your planetary lines, and your daily readings. You can sign in with Apple so nothing leaves your device unless you choose to sync.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all saved data. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
How do I change my birth date, time, or location?
Birth data is locked in the app today — changing it correctly changes everything downstream (chart, transits, astrocartography lines), so we handle updates manually. Email support@meridy.app with the account email you signed up with and the corrected details, and we'll update it for you within 1–2 business days.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone to manage or cancel. If you've reinstalled the app, tap Restore Purchases on the paywall to bring your subscription back.
I'm having trouble loading my chart or map.
Meridy needs an internet connection to generate readings and plot your astrocartography lines. Check your connection, then force-quit and reopen the app. If it still fails, email us with your iOS version and we'll dig in.
I found a bug or have a feature request.
We want to hear it. Email support@meridy.app with a short description and, if it's a bug, your iOS version and a screenshot if you have one.
